Purchasing a new vehicle during covid was not as easy as I would hope but the folks at Hilltop Toyota were great. They kept me up to date on the arrival of my new highlander as well as the office staff answering all my questions and helping me navigate the paperwork. The most remarkable thing was when I did receive my new car, Richard spent HOURS with us! Answering all our questions about the features. Never once did he rush us or make us feel he had better things to do! And we had a lot of questions! The service department even sat down with us to explain all that as well! All in all it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily recommend them!

I don't think it's possible to heap enough praise on the staff of hilltop Toyota. I read a few reviews and was impressed and so my wife and I drove from Summerland roughly 3 hours to deal with them and we were not disappointed at all. Robert in sales was terrific to deal with, he had funny anecdotes, interesting stories and is very skilled at building a rapport with customers. He knows the products inside and out as well as the history of different aftermarket accessories for the various vehicles. This is a guy who takes his job very seriously and clearly enjoys where he's at. I truly hope he's there the next time I need a vehicle because I definitely want to deal with him. Sharla the financial services agent was also great to deal with; she was very clear with her explanations of various documents, clearly a very organized individual and quite personable to deal with. After our appointments we headed out for lunch and quite quickly she phoned us to give us an update and inform me that she had booked in all the various appointments needed to prepare our new vehicle and set up a date and time for us to take delivery, transfer insurance, and transfer my canopy to my new truck. No sooner did the call end did I receive an email with all the documents I needed for my personal records. This place operates like a well-oiled machine there was no pressure, no platitudes, no fake flattery or any other such annoyances. The staff comes across as genuine, professional, and happy to be where they're working and doing what they're doing. I've bought and sold various vehicles over the years and I have never had an experience like this 10 out of 10.

Blair and the team at Hilltop Toyota went above and beyond to work with me when purchasing my new 2019 TRD Tacoma Pro. It had the misfortune of falling into the massive Toyota low pressure fuel pump recall just before we completed the deal but after I sold my old truck in January. Then due to COVID-19 issues it took an exceptionally long time for the work around to completed by Toyota. Blair went to bat on my behalf with Toyota Canada and he and the service department took very good care of me at their expense to make sure I had a vehicle to drive while I waited and that the accessories I had ordered for the truck went on with no additional cost. They took it to have the canopy installed, wired it and added a remote start for no cost. They were generous with the warranty options. They were excellent to work with, kept me up to date on the progress, and answered my questions honestly and with integrity. What could have been a very frustrating experience was made much easier with their attention to excellent customer service.

My wife and I were traveling to Calgary from Vancouver Island on Tuesday, 7 July. I inadvertently added a few liters of diesel fuel to my Corolla’s tank before I realized what I was doing. After completing the fill with gasoline, and figuring I had only done a minimal bit of potential damage, we resumed our travels. Everything was fine until the outskirts of Salmon Arm when our muffler became considerably louder. I wondered if the catalytic converter had been burned out, so we came in to Servicing at your establishment. Long story short, we were on our way again after three hours, with the tank drained and cleaning of the fuel delivery system, and a muffler repair. My note today is to express my gratitude and appreciation for the empathetic and quick help your servicing intake agent offered us as soon as he understood our predicament. My wife and I feel we were generously afforded your establishment’s resources, flexibility, and attention. I offer both my compliments and our thanks for your excellent service.

Easily the kindest staff I have ever encountered! We drove 5 hours to check out the car and you can tell these guys don't operate like in the big cities as their relaxed demeanor made a whole world of difference in purchasing a car! I had the pleasure of working with Robert, solid man! Knows his Toyota products in and out, highly recommended! Cheers!
